Sittard/Maastricht, 28 March 2025 – Roso Financiële Diensten BV, an independent financial advice firm based in Sittard, has acquired the insurance portfolio of Gilissen Insurance. The acquisition takes effect on 1 April 2025 and is the third for Roso Financiële Diensten, strengthening its position in financial services in Limburg.
Gilissen Insurance, part of Maastricht-based Gilissen Advice Group, is transferring its insurance business to Roso Financiële Diensten BV. From April, Christian Gilissen, owner of Gilissen Advice Group, will focus entirely on his passion for property finance and independent financial advice. The decision to transfer the insurance portfolio to Roso Financiële Diensten BV was carefully considered, with Gilissen expressing confidence in the commitment and expertise of Ricardo Roso and his team.

Little will change for Gilissen Insurance clients. From 1 April 2025, all insurance matters will transfer to Roso Financiële Diensten BV, with Ricardo and his team ready to provide the same high standard of service. Christian Gilissen will remain the contact for financial and mortgage matters.
This is the third acquisition for Roso Financiële Diensten since Ricardo Roso founded the business in 2022. Specialising in mortgages, insurance, loans and wealth advice, the business continues to grow steadily and strengthens its regional presence with this acquisition.
