Website accessibility
We want you to be able to read information and carry out the main actions in a way that works for you. If you encounter a problem, tell us what you need.
Clear information and controls
WCAG 2.2 AA was used as a quality target during development. The design focuses on features including recognisable headings, descriptive links, adequate readability, keyboard operation and visible focus. Content navigation remains usable without JavaScript. These principles help make the website accessible; check results and any limitations must be reviewed with each release.
Reporting a problem
Are you unable to read a page, operate a menu or use a document? Contact contact@rosofd.nl or call 085 - 400 76 46. Identify the page or document, describe what happens and explain which information or action you are trying to reach. Mention your browser or assistive technology if helpful. You do not need to share medical information or a diagnosis.
Documents and external services
The service comparison cards are existing PDF documents. Being able to open a PDF does not by itself prove that its content is accessible to every assistive technology. Ask for help or an explanation if a document is difficult to use. Booking appointments and reporting claims open external services with their own design. This website cannot fully determine how they operate; please do tell us about a problem with the service you used.
Another way to contact us
If you cannot book an appointment online, contact us directly to discuss your question. The contact page displays our telephone number, email address and office address as text. Tell us how you would like to be contacted or how you can use information. This page makes no promises about unconfirmed office facilities, opening hours or fixed response times.
Checks and maintenance
Accessibility requires checks when technical changes are made and when new text, images or documents are added. This statement is not a certification and does not claim that a full independent audit has been carried out. The applicability of legislation and any obligations for the business must be assessed separately. Reports from visitors help us investigate practical problems in a focused way.
Frequently asked questions
How do I report an accessibility problem?
Email contact@rosofd.nl or call 085 - 400 76 46. Describe the page, the action and the problem. Mention your browser or assistive technology only if helpful.
Can I ask for help if a PDF is not readable?
Yes. Tell us which document and information you need. Being able to download a PDF does not mean that the document is usable with every assistive technology.
Have the external booking and claims services been assessed?
They have their own controls and suppliers. This statement makes no full compliance claim for those external services. Contact us if you cannot proceed.
